What is so Different between Modern Judaism and Early Judaism

What is so different between modern Judaism (the beginning of Christianity up until today) and early Judaism (early Judaism here refers to the time period before the first Temple was built and up to the destruction of the second Temple)? Provide and explain at least two examples that demonstrate how modern Judaism is still the same religion as early Judaism but has evolved.
