I am writing to you on behalf of the store manager to inform you that we received your complaints about the problem about the product that you purchased from our company. However, we have noticed that the six -month warranty has already expired and the bubble is something that you could have noticed earlier so that you can inform us in advance. therefore we are sorry we cannot make any reimbursement for the product, which the warrant date has already expired.
We are sorry for the problem but in case reasonable communications could have been made earlier within the six months of purchasing the product from our company, the company could have compensated you for another product. therefore, the company cannot compensate you for another product since the warrant days have expired.
I hope that you will understand the reason why the company is refusing to compensate you. We do understand that you are our customer but we also have to follow the company regulations and adhere to the business regulations. According to Emerson (52), the business law clearly states that the customer is eligible for any compensation as long as the product warrant has not been expired.
