Discuss how often the training should be offered and how long each session will be. Determine the supplies and tools needed. Consider the logistics of training, such as schedules, equipment, impact of training on other operations, additional resources required, and notifying stakeholders. Summarize your training plan in your e-portfolio.

Pre-planning the implementation tasks is critical to a successful launch of your evidence-based innovation. This requires project management techniques and an action plan. The action plan should include a minimum of ten essential tasks that must be completed prior to implementing your innovation in the setting you selected. In your Evidence-Based Innovation Plan Assessment Template, complete “Table 2. Innovation Action Plan.” (see attached) Copy and paste this table into your e-portfolio.
